We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as Deputy Premier Centre Manager.
Reporting to the Premier Centre Manager, responsible for planning, leading, and executing all Premier initiatives to grow customer value and AUM, ensuring a strong market presence with capable staff and efficient processes.
Achieve targets and contribute to the branch’s business growth in line with the wealth management strategy.
Lead and manage the Premier Sales team to meet Wealth Management targets and improve sales performance.
Analyze market conditions and team capabilities to develop effective sales strategies.
Monitor sales performance regularly and keep the branch manager informed.
Ensure Relationship Managers utilize HSBC’s sales process and apply financial planning concepts.
Champion the Premier proposition through excellent service and sales initiatives.
Develop relationships with top-tier and high net worth customers.
Manage the Premier Centre as a comprehensive Wealth Management and solutions provider.
Create a positive team environment, motivate staff, and manage performance.
Maintain HSBC’s operational standards and efficiency.
