Qualifications

Company Background:

We are representing our client a leading Property Development company, to look for Sales Admin Senior Executiveto join the team.

Additional info:

  • Salary: RM4,000 - RM6,000 + Allowances
  • Work location: Subang Jaya, Selangor
  • Working days: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily sales administration and credit control operations, ensuring the timely preparation of SPAs, loan documentation, progressive billings, and efficient handling of sales bookings.
  • Manage differential sum collections, loan applications, vacant possession processes, and ensure proper documentation with legal compliance.
  • Liaise with purchasers, solicitors, and bankers to facilitate the smooth execution of SPAs, loan agreements, and other related documentation.
  • Coordinate with financiers on end-financing matters, loan disbursements, progress payments, and manage agent-related activities such as bookings and commission tracking.
  • Monitor collections, resolve debtor issues, and take necessary actions such as issuing reminders or termination notices; maintain accurate records in property software systems.
  • Prepare, review, and update sales and collection reports regularly, and collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate reconciliation and reporting.

Requirement:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, possess strong understanding of progress billing processes and Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA)
  • Strong organisational and accuracy in handling payments, records, and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
