Business Administration à Malaisie

Academics:

• Bachelor's degree with honors in Marketing (Marketing) or Business Administration (Business Administration) or appropriate master's degrees.
• Diploma in Business Administration (Business Administration)

Experiences:

• Have at least 1 year of work experience or a recent graduate. On-the-job training (OJT) will be given to those who have no experience or,
• Have attended Industrial Training (Practice) in any company or factory.

Skills:

• Able to communicate in Malay and English.
• Skilled in making analytical reports using Business Tools: SWOT Analysis, TOWS Matrix, Cost Benefit Analysis and others.
• Have the skills to make marketing plans for companies and products.
• Have the skills to negotiate with customers and potential customers (if necessary).
• Able to analyze and produce reports to be given to Senior Managers or Managers.
• Competent in using computer software (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint).
• Have knowledge of Quality Management System (ISO, Kaizen, 5S).

Responsibilities:

• Make a process of evaluating the current market in the selected plastic manufacturing industry.
• Looking for opportunities and establishing good relationships continuously with customers and potential customers to get business opportunities.
• Carry out the improvement process and study of potential industries for Selia-tek Group join or compete.
• Cooperate and ensure a good working relationship between the Research and Development Department, the Production Department and other Departments.
• Channeling and providing information in preparing working papers or proposal papers or performance report Business Development Department from time to time to the Senior Manager or Manager.
• Responsible for ensuring safety and cleanliness in the workplace Business Development Department
• Always ready to accept tasks given by Senior Managers or Managers.
