- Oversee day-to-day operations of the precast production factory.
- Ensure production schedules meet customer demand and delivery deadlines.
- Monitor and manage production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards.

Ensure production schedules meet customer demand and delivery deadlines
Monitor and manage production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
Manage inventory levels and raw materials procurement to optimize production efficiency and minimize costs
To train and mentor production staff to improve skills and performance
To conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to production staff
Maintain production equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
To prepare regular reports on production performance, including output, quality and efficiency metrics
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and growth
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees, ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil Engineering) or equivalent
6-10 years of working experiences in precast industry
Takes ownership over task assigned and performs independently
