Job Overview
- Support the development, implementation, and execution of strategic marketing programs across the APAC region.
- Collaborate closely with country marketing teams to understand local business needs and contribute to building cohesive regional marketing strategies that drive sales and strengthen brand equity.
- Recommend and align regional strategies for integration into local marketing plans.
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate country-level marketing activities on a regular basis to ensure alignment with global and regional objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives, including branding, marketing communications, advertising, digital campaigns, events, public relations, and more.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners such as distributors, agencies, event organizers, and vendors to achieve marketing goals.
- Support data analysis and reporting of marketing performance, ROI, and key metrics to inform decision-making and improve future campaigns.
- Carry out individual marketing tasks and projects as assigned, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: At least five (5) years of combined Marketing Communications experience in developing, planning, and managing marketing projects. Possess knowledge and working experience in automotive industry will be an added value.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written. Good interpersonal skills and have excellent time management.
- Attributes: Good team player with pleasant and creative personality. Willingness to travel overseas for business purposes.
