• Advance Microsoft office skills, SQL and/or other business intelligence. (eg : tableau/Power BI)
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of Python and its application in data analysis is a strong advantage.

• Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to plan and set up promotional campaigns.
• Analysing historical sales data and market trends to estimate demand during promotion periods.
• Setting and maintaining promotional forecasts in the system.
• Preparing demand forecasts for all product categories and regions based on seasonality and sales patterns.
• Providing forecast insights to the ordering team to support better stock planning and purchasing decisions.
• Monitoring forecast performance and making necessary adjustments to improve accuracy.
