Job description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Kamatto. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and impactful designs that support our company's marketing and branding initiatives.

Your Responsibility

• Develop creative concepts and designs for a variety of print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, and more
• Collaborate with marketing teams to understand the requirements and translate them into visually compelling designs
• Maintain brand consistency across all design assets and ensure adherence to brand guidelines
• Provide design direction and mentorship to junior designers
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices
• Participate in regular design reviews and feedback sessions to continuously improve the quality of your work

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the automotive or a related industry
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise across a variety of mediums, including print and digital
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, and visual composition
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
