Join Infineon as a Student/Intern/Trainee handling shipment documentation, permit verification, and GST tax reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handle and check forwarders inbound documents for shipments into DCA and IFAP excluding BE
• Check inbound permits versus shipping invoices to ensure accuracy on permits declaration
• Verify suppliers' invoices against permit listings and liaise with suppliers for discrepancies
• Validate courier services’ inbound and outbound reports and submit to Finance/Tax
• Prepare GST Tax Reporting and submit to Finance/Tax monthly
• Assist AP Custom team by providing inbound and outbound documents to Finance/Tax for Major Export Skim (MES) audit
• Update SES (Supplier Evaluation Score Card) to AP Custom for outbound forwarder for DCA and crossdock SIN
• Perform document destruction with Iron Mountain
• Perform eArchiving of shipping documents and permits to Saperion

The company is looking for:

• Degree holder with 0 years experience in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or similar field
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• Ability to work independently under minimum supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver on tight deadlines
• Minimum CGPA of 3.0
