Operating Asset Specialist – MRO Finance

Responsible for the regional cash flow management mechanism and daily operational management, and for improving regional cash flow performance.

Responsible for AR efficiency management, including but not limited to optimizing contract terms, managing billing and collection, performing customer reconciliations, and being accountable for regional ITO, DSO, and long-term overdue AR results.

Understand the company’s budgeting process and methodology, and be able to independently handle budgeting and forecasting responsibilities.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Over 1 year of experience in budget forecasting, cash collection management, or operational asset management.
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in bookkeeping or financial software, and in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of efficiency, accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
