A renowned bakery company in Selangor is looking for a Business Development professional to drive sales, manage client relationships, and support operational processes. The candidate should possess a diploma or degree in Business Administration or Marketing, alongside 3-5 years’ relevant experience in the food industry. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to travel independently. Responsibilities include establishing sales targets, supporting business development, and delivering various reports.
Support the business to work with for peak and low season and meet the demand.
Establish Yearly Sales Target and achieve the target.
Assist to establish new business development opportunities.
Develop and support the processes and procedure to support the distribution and sales, to ensure the export chain is well connected.
Establish, maintain and manage key relationship with clients, or distribution partners abroad.
Gain support, trust, with abroad partner, ensuring development is visible and measurable in the interest of company.
Establishment, reinforcement and enhancement of specific business term such as suitable trading term, account marketing activity, overall stock control.
Work with Head of Department to achieve margin, control freight cost, and revenue generating opportunities but not limited to:
Work with R&D, procurement to design products for your market.
Work with management and team to ensure the products consolidation to maximize production capacity.
Work with ordering to arrange the shipment order placement and scheduling.
Work with designer for the A&P that support your business, trade and processes.
Work with team for the marketing and events.
Weekly Progress Report.
Yearly Target and breakdown.
Monthly Product Forecast.
Monthly Report of Plan Target vs Actual Target Achieve and Gap.
