  • Prioritize production defects/data patching to ensure it meets customer or agent’s expectations.
  • Assess impact and provide workaround on production enquiries/defects/data patching/data extraction.
  • Coordinate and communicate business issues arising from area of responsibility.

The Role
  • Prioritise production defects/data patching to ensure it meets customer or agent’s expectations
  • Assess the impact and provide the workaround on production enquiries/defects/data patching/data extraction
  • Coordinate and communicate business issues arising from area of responsibility
  • Review and define the testing scope for production defect testing
  • Implement or meet agreed milestones for approved projects/initiatives
  • Monitor and evaluate activities to identify potential risks and issues of non-compliance
  • Support team on day‑to‑day issues
  • Any other ad‑hoc tasks assigned
The Person
  • Possess a tertiary qualification preferably in Communications, Management, Business Administration or Insurance or AMII, AAII, FMLI or equivalent
  • Has about 2-5 years experience working in insurance industry
  • Experience in system support in Policy Processing or Customer Service is an added advantage
  • Good written and verbal skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to produce high quality work under pressure
