Sunway Education Group is seeking a Senior Executive – Admissions within Sunway International School to drive student enrolment, deliver counselling services, manage CRM initiatives, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. The role supports admissions operations while enhancing customer experience across platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver programme counselling and manage student admissions and enrolment processes for both local and international students.
  • Liaise and build relationships with prospective students, parents, local/international agents and colleagues, including attending walk‑in, phone‑in, online chat and email enquiries professionally.
  • Liaise and build relationships with authorities and regulators, i.e. MOE, JPN, Immigration, etc.
  • Maintain proper records in the School’s management system and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Maintain and update counselling materials in a timely manner, while monitoring and managing stock levels effectively.
  • Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline the admissions process and enhance the experience for prospective customers.
  • Conduct due diligence for engaging and renewing school transport providers.
  • Support all Sunway Education Group (SEG) Marketing and International Office initiatives, working closely with other support services within SEG.
REQUIREMENTS / PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years’ of experience in admissions, administration and management‑related portfolios. Experience in the education industry will be advantageous.
  • Possess good work ethics, excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients and other languages.
  • Dynamic, self‑driven and results‑oriented individual, with initiative and a passion for service excellence.
  • A self‑starter with the qualities of a team player, yet able to work independently.
