We’re looking for an AI Engineer to help build scalable AI-powered systems using Large Language Models (LLMs) for document understanding, retrieval-augmented generation, and intelligent classification tasks. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on shipping real-world AI applications, collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and product teams, and applying state-of-the-art NLP techniques to practical use cases. You’ll play a key part in designing and optimizing LLM pipelines that drive smarter workflows, improve automation, and enhance the customer experience.

• Design and implement systems that integrate LLMs into production environments (e.g., summarization, classification, RAG pipelines).

• Fine-tune or adapt foundation models to suit domain-specific use cases.

• Build and maintain prompt-based and retrieval-augmented workflows to improve accuracy and context.

• Evaluate and benchmark LLM performance on custom tasks and datasets.

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to build end-user features powered by AI.

• Monitor and optimize inference performance, latency, and cost.

• Stay current with the latest in NLP research, tooling, and model architectures.

• 3+ years in AI/ML engineering, with at least 1 year of hands-on work with LLMs.

• Proficiency in Python and experience integrating models via APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain).

• Understanding of embeddings, vector search, and semantic retrieval techniques.

• Familiarity with prompt engineering, model evaluation, and fine-tuning practices.

• Demonstrated experience contributing to deployed AI-powered products or internal tools.
