In this role, you will serve as a technical partner to sales teams, helping enterprises understand, adopt, and implement a cutting-edge Work AI platform. You will design and demo tailored solutions, manage technical proof-of-concept cycles, and ensure seamless integrations with enterprise systems. Your expertise will help customers navigate security considerations, optimize workflows, and achieve measurable business outcomes. This position provides the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, influence product development, and interact with C-level executives across multiple industries. The ideal candidate is highly consultative, technically proficient, and capable of translating complex technology into clear value for enterprise customers. You will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment, shaping how organizations implement AI to improve productivity and decision-making.


Accountabilities
  • Partner with Account Executives to guide complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles with enterprise clients.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and architect appropriate solutions.
  • Design, configure, and demo custom environments tailored to customer industries and business needs.
  • Run and manage technical proof-of-concept (POC) cycles to validate solution value.
  • Lead security-focused discussions to ensure customer confidence in platform posture.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver on customer requests and provide feedback from the field.
  • Develop ROI analyses and business justification reports to support enterprise adoption decisions.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales engineering, solution consulting, or similar roles within SaaS organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience partnering with Account Executives to run enterprise-level technical deal cycles.
  • Strong consultative approach with the ability to solve complex customer business challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and API-based integrations.
  • Proficiency in Python or Java, with ability to configure, monitor, and maintain integrations.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
