About the Role:
As a CBRE Sr. Supply Chain Consulting Analyst, you will deliver strategic insights to client portfolios through research, data collection, and data management related to supply chain development and deliverables.
This position is part of the Client Consulting function, responsible for advisory services concerning supply chain operations and investments.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement supply chain models to enhance forecasting accuracy and inventory management.
- Create tailored supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
- Develop mitigation strategies for potential risks.
- Design and optimize supply chain networks, including distribution centers, transportation routes, and inventory locations to improve service levels and reduce costs.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients on supply chain performance and network design initiatives.
- Lead projects focused on process improvement, network optimization, and efficiency enhancement.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools and software to support decision-making and strategic planning related to network design.
- Maintain broad knowledge of your job discipline and some knowledge of related disciplines within the function.
- Lead by example, modeling behaviors aligned with CBRE RISE values, and influence others to reach agreements when appropriate.
- Impact the quality of your work and that of your team members.
- Operate primarily within standardized procedures and practices to meet objectives and deadlines.
- Communicate complex information clearly to others in straightforward situations.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance, International Relations, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, network design, or related roles.
- Experience in consultancy firms (e.g., Big Four) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, and network optimization software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on quantitative analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of supply chain methodologies, best practices, and network design principles.
