The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, demonstrating leadership and effective communication skills. This role focuses on aligning project goals with business objectives and managing a diverse team to ensure customer satisfaction and quality outcomes.

Coordinates and oversees cross functional projects to be sure their benefiting each other and aligning with overall business goals

Responsibilities:

• Organizes programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
• Develops a budget and operating plan for the program.
• Manages a cross-functional team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
• Ensures goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance.
• Implements and manages changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Meets with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent.
• Produces accurate and timely reports of program status throughout its life cycle.
• Analyzing program risks.

Profile:

• Bachelor of Science degree in business, engineering or similar
• 5 years business, engineering, or manufacturing experience, demonstrating experience in working cross/multi-functional teams
• Fluent English

Experience:

Leadership of cross functional teams

Effective communication/negotiation

High level of technical competence, problem solving, and organization.

Understanding of managerial finance as it relates to program and business metrics
