Financial Services Specialist

The AP Financial Specialist will be responsible for processing invoices daily for different companies, managing multiple systems and tools, and following up on special cases for resolution with various stakeholders. This role combines data entry and analysis to address potential issues arising from daily processes. The Finance Analyst must maintain constant communication with customers (both external and internal) through various channels such as email and phone.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process invoices daily
  2. Respond to emails from suppliers, finance contacts, procurement, and Service Now tickets
  3. Perform GR/IR analysis
  4. Follow up and analyze UCPs
  5. Manage Apex (Duplicate records)
  6. Maintain a high level of accuracy
  7. Meet deadlines consistently
  8. Provide exceptional customer service and establish effective relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders such as Buyers, Managers, Controllers, and Banks
Minimum Requirements
  • Advanced proficiency in English
  • Preferably, a background in finance and/or administrative activities such as handling invoice documents, credits, and month-end activities
  • At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
  • Experience working with multiple ERP and legacy systems such as SAP, Oracle, AS400, JD Edwards
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Experience with exchange rates and transactions involving multiple currencies
