A leading creative agency in Mexico City is seeking a Web Content Manager to assist in delivering high-quality content across multiple platforms for a major fashion client. The ideal candidate will have experience in Adobe Experience Manager and other CMS tools, alongside excellent organizational skills. This role offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on innovative team solutions.

Formación

• Proficient in Adobe Experience Manager, Vtex, and Synerise for content management.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail required.
• Experience in managing email marketing campaigns is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Be a team player to deliver a range of deliverables.
• Plan and schedule projects efficiently.
• Communicate project status to your Project Manager.
• Perform QC to ensure the highest quality of delivery.

Conocimientos

Experience working with Synerise or any other email marketing platform

Excellent Understanding of CMS platforms (Vtex, Wordpress or similar)

Excel Skills

Experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

Working knowledge of Jira

Good organizational and time management

Ability to work under pressure

Basic photoshop skills

Web Content Manager

Introduction

Join our dynamic team as a Web Content Manager, where you'll be integral to helping deliver content to website, email, and push content in multiple languages for our largest fashion client.

We require someone proficient in Adobe Experience Manager, Vtex, Synerise and other relevant platforms to plan, upload, and manage content to such platforms. You’ll need to handle feedback from the client and make amends, digest an Excel spreadsheet to find and process inputs into actionable items and keep track of project status.

Providing status reports to your project manager every day will be key, as well as managing your timing on the job. Excellent communication and attention to detail are required in order to successfully deliver

Responsibilities

• Be a team player to deliver across a range of deliverables from email marketing to website content.
• Strive to follow and implement the best practice production process within Oliver
• Plan and schedule your projects efficiently
• Communicate project status to your Project Manager and Development lead according to agreed account process
• Adhere to timelines and deadlines set out
• Be able to verify the qualitative and quantitative input and output of a project against the project objectives
• Clear communication, building trust between both internal teams and the client
• Identify, manage and mitigate against project risks
• Be a valued team member and enjoy working with people from different disciplines within OLIVER, as well as the rest of the Web Content Managers
• Ensure administration tasks are maintained to the same high standard as the rest of your work
• Perform QC and be a brand advocate for the business to ensure the highest quality of the delivery
• Image cropping and resizing, ensuring we have the correct image dimensions for use in website, emails and push

Qualifications

• Experience working with Synerise or any other email marketing platform
• Excellent Understanding of CMS platforms (Vtex, Wordpress or similar)
• Excel Skills – important as this is used daily
• Experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Working knowledge of Jira
• Good organizational and time management
• Ability to work under pressure
• Basic photoshop skills to support image resizing
