A leading global healthcare company is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to enhance logistics efficiency and supervise compliance with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and possess proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include optimizing service levels, implementing cost-saving projects, and fostering team development. This position is based in Mexico City, Mexico, with a hybrid working model offered.
Supervise the efficiency of logistic processes for Novartis operations, with the aim of maximizing the level of service to our clients by meeting quality, regulatory, safety, and financial requirements. Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all third-party logistic activities (Warehouse and Distribution), maintaining strict budget control and generating competitive advantages for the company's business strategies.

Supervise and Optimize the service level compliance of all Novartis operations (Sale Orders Delivery, promotions, contract manufacturing, etc.), through the verification and control of Warehousing and Distribution operational processes, keeping the budget within target, with variance analysis.
Design and implement best practices in Warehousing and Distribution to monitor the performance of third parties, ensuring compliance with the main Service Indicators (KPI´s).
Design and implement cost-saving projects in Warehousing and Distribution based on synergies between the three business units.
Act proactively to meet expectations and satisfy the needs of their internal customers, by establishing good relationships, earning their trust and respect.
Ensure compliance with Good Warehouse Practices (GWP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP), adherence to the quality system, regulatory requirements, Safety, as well as all Novartis policies and processes and local laws.
Facilitate the development, training and coaching of their team members, in order to promote and maintain a talent pool.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field
Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office; skilled in project and change management
Strong knowledge of storage and distribution processes, including handling of controlled and temperature-sensitive products
Familiar with Good Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Distribution Practices and local regulations (NOM 059, NOM-072, FEUM)
Experienced in documentation, quality systems, and compliance with pharmaceutical standards.
Familiarity with critical systems such as HVAC, cold rooms, and transport validation
Awareness of AI tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT for operational efficiency
