• Ensure an outstanding technical delivery to our leadership and clients.
• Create high quality solutions for our clients and internal projects.
• Lead, guide and develop technical teams.
• Measure operational performance and find improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders ir order to achieve maximum effectiveness.

NEEDED EXPERTISE

• Solid expertise in IT solutions and / or tech companies with a global presence.
• Vast experience with client management, project scope definition and delivery solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to work effectively with leadership, clients, and team members.
• A willingness to learn continuously and adapt to changing business needs, including collaborating with remote teams.
• An agile / open-source mindset, with a passion for exploring new tools and technologies to enhance our delivery.
• Advanced business-level communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
