Una empresa de muebles bien conocida en Puebla busca un/a Visual Merchandiser para crear soluciones de tienda inspiradoras y mejorar la experiencia de compra. Se requiere experiencia en retail, buen nivel de inglés y habilidades en herramientas de diseño como AutoCAD y Revit. El candidato ideal debe ser apasionado por la decoración del hogar y tener capacidad de liderazgo. La fecha límite para aplicar es el 26 de febrero de 2026.

Formación

• 2 o 3 años de experiencia como Visual Merchandiser en retail.
• Pasión por la decoración del hogar y capacidad para planificar presentaciones.
• Proficiencia en creación de modelos 3D y planificación de espacios.

Responsabilidades

• Crear soluciones de tienda inspiradoras para una experiencia de compra conveniente.
• Contribuir a posicionar la marca IKEA como especialista en decoración.
• Implementar y mejorar la presentación de productos en la tienda.

To create inspiring store solutions for an easy and convenient shopping experience and increasing vitality by translation deep knowledge about consumer buying behavior, store layout, range presentation and local market knowledge thereby contributing to positioning the IKEA brand in the local market as the home furnishing specialist and the IKEA store as an up‑to‑date and innovative destination that always offers something new.

Requisitos

• 2 or 3 years of working experience as Visual Merchandiser in commercial and fast‑paced retail industry with a design‑based education
• Good command of English (verbal and written)
• Passionate about home furnishing with ability to plan, implement and improve range presentation
• Computer proficiency i.e. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), AutoCad
• Ability to lead creative processes
• A strategic thinker with a creative and practical mind that can lead and contribute to setting clear directions, purposes and objectives and is able to share and explain to the team
• Proficiency in Revit for creating 3D models, planning furniture layouts, and visualizing in‑store environments
