Formación

• 3+ years experience in IT support.
• Ability to perform IMAC services for IT assets.
• Experience with VIP support and high-touch service.

Responsabilidades

• Install and maintain desktop computers and software.
• Provide troubleshooting and resolution for hardware/software issues.
• Documentation of incidents and resolutions.

Conocimientos

Hands & feet support
