A leading international real estate and resort ownership group is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Sales (residences, branded residences, and lots), on Mexico Coast. You will have experience in Ultra-Luxury Resort Destinations. This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving the sales performance of residences, branded residences, and residential lots, shaping market positioning, and elevating the destination as a global benchmark in luxury lifestyle real estate.
You will lead pricing strategy, commercial planning, international buyer outreach, broker/agency relations, and strategic brand partnerships to maximise revenue and absorption while protecting long-term asset value.
