The UI Developer is responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and high-performing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. This role bridges design and technology, transforming UI/UX design concepts into functional front-end experiences that align with user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using modern front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript)
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into production-ready code
• Build reusable and scalable UI components using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
• Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and backend services
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, UI consistency, and best‑practice design standards
• Conduct code reviews and participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
• Troubleshoot and debug UI issues during development and post-deployment
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and technologies
• Implement accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure inclusivity and compliance
• Work with QA teams to ensure functionality meets specifications and performance benchmarks
• Contribute to continuous improvement in UI development processes and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience

5–7 years of hands‑on experience in UI development or front‑end engineering

Top 3 Must Haves

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Front‑end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
• CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less) and CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap)

Strong Understanding Of

• Responsive design and cross-platform optimization
• Web performance tuning and accessibility standards
• Version control systems (Git)
• Experience integrating APIs and handling JSON data
• Strong debugging, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced Agile development environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Next.js, React Native, or mobile UI frameworks
• Familiarity with UI automation testing (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library)
• Understanding of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment basics
• Experience in large‑scale enterprise applications
