About the Role

As a Travel Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing, inputting, and maintaining travel contracts within our system. This includes handling flight, hotel, and ground transportation agreements, ensuring that our database remains accurate and up to date. Since this system serves as the backbone of all sales activities, your role will directly impact the company's success.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in the travel or tourism sector, preferably with exposure to a travel agency or tour operator back‑office system. A strong understanding of flight and hotel sales is highly desirable. Beyond technical skills, we are looking for someone with a problem‑solving mindset, a proactive approach to challenges, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, global company environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Input, configure, and maintain travel contracts (flights, hotels, and ground transportation) accurately in the system.
• Ensure that all contracts are set up correctly to flow seamlessly through various sales channels by developing a strong understanding of our methodology.
• Monitor travel inventory and sales data to proactively identify shortages, discrepancies, or any issues that may arise, escalating concerns as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer and supplier documents (such as vouchers, e‑tickets, manifests, and rooming lists) are issued in a timely, accurate, and branded manner.
• Assist the Customer Services team and other internal departments with queries related to travel products and inventory.
• Generate, analyze, and distribute reports to support internal decision‑making and ensure the smooth operation of the travel database.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Experience & Education

• At least 2 years of experience in a tour operator, travel agency, or a related travel sector role, preferably with exposure to a back‑office system or contract management.
• Formal education or training in travel, tourism, or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong interest in air travel, hotel bookings, or ground transportation operations.

Skills & Abilities

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with excellent accuracy in communication. (Additional languages are a plus!)
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy—this role requires a meticulous approach to data entry and contract management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with the ability to analyze data and generate reports.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small, tight‑knit team within a large global organization.
• Eager to learn and grow within the tour operator industry, showing flexibility and adaptability to new challenges.
