Job Title

Transport Associate

Job Description

The Associate, Transport will be responsible for arranging transportation for employees, keeping employee safety and hygiene in mind. He/she/they will be responsible for publishing all reports on time. They should be in touch with all branches of transport to run the smooth transport operation, scheduling of trips for employees and also ensuring the vehicle meet their compliance parameter, incase of any technical or physical difficulties person should take appropriate action. Making sure that drivers are aware of their duties by performing weekly driver connect. Maintain tracker of daily work and publish the reports as per the process guidelines.

• Drive continuous improvement of process parameters
• Handle difficult escalations and manage the employees
• Data Collection, analysis and reporting
• Should be a good team player with willingness to learn and drive to achieve
• Ability to manage and support a team
• Evaluating driver performance, handling customers queries and resolving complaints in timely manner
• Manage employee escalations and complaints
• Meeting quality Parameters and Targets defined for the process
• Meet all agreed SLA's and performance parameters
• Perform the compliance check as per the approved metrices
• Responsible for cab Allocation should as per the approved metrices
