• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as training coordinator or project manager in a related field.
• Knowledge of power transformers is desirable.
• Formal certifications in training and education are a plus.

• Lead project to implement a new training center for blue-collar personnel.
• Coordinate training activities with local management.
