A global manufacturing company is looking for a Training Analyst in Saltillo, Coahuila. The successful candidate will coordinate engagement and talent management activities, facilitate learning programs, and ensure effective performance management within the organization. Key qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and strong organizational skills, with a minimum of 2 years in an administrative role. This position requires moderate travel and communication in English, emphasizing internal customer relationships.

JOB PURPOSE

The Training Analyst will coordinate engagement, leadership development and talent management activities.

Position should execute plans that allow strategic, tactical, and practical integration in the areas of organizational effectiveness, change management, Values in Action, talent management, and learning & development.

JOB DUTIES : Development
  • Coordinate learning initiatives according to guidelines from Central L&D Center of Excellence (COE)
  • Facilitates programs locally (managerial programs, onboarding, technical skills)
  • Gathers learning needs from local HRBPs and identifies local / individual needs
  • Manages Workday Required Learning at local level
  • Coordinate annual Development Demand Plan and support execution
  • CTAP and Local Language Programs
  • Training For New Supervisors
  • Team Leaders Training
  • Coordinate LTDP and WLDP Programs
Employee Experience
  • Coordinate Stay Interviews
  • Employee Insights Survey : Communication Plan, Execution and Monitor Results and Action Plan Follow up
  • Support D&I Initiatives
  • TLTE (Tus Lideres te Escuchan)
Performance Management
  • Communicate Performance Management Process and Dates at Local Level
  • Tracks and monitors progress of Performance Management throughout the year e.g.
  • Goals are set for all employees
  • Checks managers are having regular check-ins with employeesYear-end process is completed
    Attraction
    • Coordinates the onboarding process
    • Monitor and Track Guardian Program

    Employee may also be responsible for performing other job duties occasionally as assigned.

    The position's primary customers are internal.

    Typical internal customers include salaried and management employees including leaders.

    The incumbent sets priorities and establishes a work plan to complete broadly defined assignments and achieve organizational and leadership objectives.

    Moderate travel required (Less than 15% of working time).

    BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Strong organizational skills
    • The ability to maintain confidentiality is essential
    • Analytical thinking and ability to work with metrics and data
    • Ability to communicate clearly
    • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
    • Strong skills on Excel, Word, PowerPoint
    • Intermediate level of English
    • 2+ years previous experience in an administrative position
    Desirable
    • Experience in facilitating training programs is a plus
