Una empresa de transporte busca un Trainee de Business Control en Toluca. Este rol involucra apoyos a rutinas financieras, análisis de costos logísticos, y la preparación de informes diarios de ventas. Se requiere un recién egresado en Finanzas o Contabilidad con conocimientos intermedios de inglés y herramientas como Power BI. Los candidatos deben tener habilidades analíticas y colaborativas para contribuir eficazmente al equipo y garantizar la precisión de la información financiera.

Formación

• Recien egresado en Lic. en Finanzas, Contabilidad o afín.
• Inglés intermedio.
• Conocimientos en herramientas de digitalización como Power BI, Python, SQL.

Responsabilidades

• Apoyar el proceso de cierre financiero mensual mediante la recopilación y verificación de datos.
• Preparar y mantener informes diarios de ventas.
• Realizar seguimiento y análisis de los costos logísticos.
• Monitorear niveles de inventario y costos de almacén.
• Organizar y analizar datos para respaldar revisiones financieras.

Solicitamos: Trainee de Business Control.

Objetivo de la posición: Apoyar al equipo de Control en las rutinas financieras diarias, incluyendo las actividades de cierre mensual, el monitoreo de costos y la generación de informes. Brinda asistencia analítica y operativa al Analista de Control, contribuyendo a la precisión y fiabilidad de la información financiera. Colabora con diferentes funciones reportando directamente al Director de Control.

Requisitos:

• Escolaridad: Recien egresado en Lic. en Finanzas, Contabilidad o afín.
• Idioma: Inglés intermedio.
• Software: Herramientas de digitalización (Power BI, Python, SQL).

Actividades:

• Apoyo al Cierre Financiero: el proceso de cierre financiero mensual mediante la recopilación de datos, la validación y la verificación de variaciones, en la preparación de comparaciones, como la información real frente al presupuesto, en la consolidación de la información financiera y los informes.
• Informes Diarios de Ventas: Prepare, actualice y mantenga informes diarios de ventas con precisión y consistencia. Apoyar a la mejora continua y la automatización sencilla de las rutinas de informes mediante Excel, Power BI, Hojas de Cálculo de Google o herramientas similares.
• Monitoreo de Costos Logísticos: seguimiento y análisis de los costos relacionados con la logística, incluyendo fletes, aranceles, almacenamiento y gastos fijos/variables del centro de distribución de repuestos, monitoreo de los KPI logísticos e identificación de desviaciones o tendencias de costos, colaborar con los equipos de la cadena de suministro y operaciones para confirmar y validar la información de costos.
• Análisis de Costos de Inventario y Almacén: monitoreo de los niveles de inventario, movimientos, ajustes y evaluaciones periódicas, preparación de informes de costos para las operaciones del centro de distribución, investigación de discrepancias entre los datos operativos y los registros financieros.
• Análisis de Datos y Soporte de Procesos: organizar y analizar datos para respaldar las revisiones financieras y operativas periódicas, contribuir a las mejoras básicas de los procesos, la estandarización y la documentación. Utilizar Excel, Power Query, Power BI o herramientas similares bajo la supervisión del Analista de Control.
• Colaboración Interdisciplinaria: trabajar estrechamente con el Analista de Control e interactuar con los socios logísticos, comerciales y operativos. Participar en reuniones internas relacionadas con la evaluación del rendimiento o los procesos de planificación. Brindar apoyo ad hoc al Director de Control cuando sea necesario.
