A premium spirits company in Jalisco is seeking an enthusiastic Guest Experience Host to lead distillery tours and provide exceptional service to guests. The ideal candidate will have guest-facing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage diverse audiences. Responsibilities include managing reservations, guiding tastings, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential for supporting both international and domestic guests. Formación

  • Prior experience in a guest-facing role in hospitality or tourism.

Meaningful Work From Day One

You will create memorable, premium experiences that connect guests to the history, craftsmanship, and flavors of Casa Herradura. From distillery tours to tasting room operations and front desk support, you will play a key role in representing our brand and ensuring every visitor feels welcomed, informed, and inspired.

What You Can Expect
  • Work Thursday to Saturday, leading engaging walking tours of the distillery for public, VIP, trade, media, and By the Barrel audiences using compelling brand storytelling.
  • Deliver guided tastings and ensure responsible alcohol service, including basic ID verification in line with company guidelines.
  • Provide front‑of‑house guest service by greeting arrivals, checking in guests, and responding to inquiries in person and by phone.
  • Handle ticketing, payments, refunds and basic cash reconciliation while operating the current ticketing system.
  • Prepare and maintain tasting rooms and tour materials, including set‑up, cleanliness, and supply inventory between tours.
  • Manage reservations, guest counts, demographics and tour timing to support smooth guest flow and a timely experience.
  • Resolve guest concerns and appropriately escalates issues to the Homeplace Manager when needed.
  • May operate company vehicles to transport guests on‑site or to nearby establishments, following all safety procedures.
What You Bring to the Table
  • Prior experience in a guest‑facing role in hospitality, tourism, retail, or the beverage/spirits industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to memorize and confidently deliver tour scripts, adapting storytelling to diverse groups of up to ~30 guests.
  • Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to problem‑solve and stay calm under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials and supplies up to 40 lbs as part of tour and tasting set‑up.
  • Available to work through Thursday to Saturday, 9am–6pm, with flexibility to support holidays and occasional evening events based on business needs.
