- 7-10 years of experience in Total Rewards, Benefits, or Compensation operations.
 - Proven experience managing HR vendors or third-party providers in a regional or shared services setup.
 - Strong analytical and reporting capabilities; proficiency with HR systems and Excel.
 - Solid understanding of payroll and benefits frameworks across North America.
 - Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate studies preferred.
 - Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
