A reputable healthcare organization in Mexico is seeking a Time Service Delivery Expert to oversee time services operations. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree, 1-3 years of HR Services experience, and be proficient in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities include managing time & attendance records, resolving queries, and ensuring compliance with HR guidelines. Candidates with experience in Time Services and knowledge of Workday/SAP systems are preferred.

Formación

• 1-3 years of experience in HR Services is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Time Services is desired.
• Experience contributing to transformation initiatives and transition projects is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day Time Services Delivery operations.
• Act as subject matter expert for Times Services.
• Reconcile errors to maintain accurate time & attendance records.
• Resolve attendance-related queries and issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines.

Conocimientos

Excellent English and Spanish Language proficiency

Competent in Excel for data analysis and reporting

Strong stakeholder management

Teamwork skills

Educación

Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline
