As a Test Engr I here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of test strategies and plans. You will assist in designing and implementing test methodologies and procedures, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and specifications. Your role will involve analyzing test results and providing recommendations for product improvements.

In this role, you will impact the success of our engineering teams by ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will be responsible for supporting test engineering activities for various projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of test processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.

  • Develop and execute test plans and procedures (Manual and automated).
  • Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
  • Hands-on experience with Python, C, laboratory equipment, and embedded systems.
  • Key professional traits: discipline, self-learning ability, attention to detail, and strong analytical mindset.
