Responsibilities

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Technical Program Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Program Management Manager, the Technical Program Manager role involves guiding a team of cross-functional experts in the delivery of customer-focused products and services, and will support development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies to continue delivering value to the business and its customers.

• Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets
• In charge of tracking relevant metrics and driving action items based on results
• Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required
• Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences related to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics
• Review program proposals or plans to resolve timeframes, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing the program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases
• Establish work plans and staffing for each phase of the program and arrange for recruitment or assignment of personnel
• Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction, including control for different accounts of various complexities
• Serve as the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation point for customer issues
• Hold customer satisfaction reviews and implement corrective actions
• Maintain current and develop additional business with customers
• Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met
• Maintain excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers
• Coordinate production sites for projects, costs and other customer-related matters through business and expertise
• Communicate effectively to ensure customer expectations are met

Qualifications

• MD/BD required or equivalent work experience
• Advanced experience as Program Manager is mandatory
• Experience in electronics manufacturing industry
• Experience and leadership of cross-functional teams
• Advance English
• Experience in complex projects
• Diploma or Certification in Program Manager
• Valid passport and visa are a plus
• Communication and negotiation abilities
• Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of technical manufacturing processes (Capabilities, rate, etc.)
• Knowledge of financial aspects (quotes, charges) is a plus
• Experience with OTD, Yields, CTBs, P&L analysis, plan attainment
