As a Technical Artist , you will serve as a bridge between the art and engineering teams, ensuring that our assets and tools meet both creative and technical requirements for AAA-quality games across PC, console, mobile, and VR / AR platforms. Your expertise will play a vital role in optimizing pipelines, solving complex technical challenges, and delivering world-class visuals.

Requirements
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Artist in the video game industry.
  • Demonstrated contribution to at least one shipped title on PC, console, mobile, or VR / AR.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, MEL, or MaxScript) and tools development.
  • Strong understanding of shaders, rendering pipelines, and material creation in game engines like Unreal Engine or Unity.
  • Experience with 3D modeling and texturing tools such as Maya, Blender, Substance Painter, or ZBrush.
  • Knowledge of optimization techniques for performance across platforms.
Problem-Solving Skills
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
Collaboration Skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with experience working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to balance technical and creative goals, ensuring high-quality results.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with procedural tools like Houdini.
  • Experience with visual scripting systems such as Unreal Engine’s Blueprint or Unity’s Shader Graph.
  • Knowledge of rigging, skinning, and animation workflows.
  • Experience in VR / AR development or real-time ray tracing technologies.
