Team Lead

The Team Lead is a supervisory role and makes sure team members perform their tasks in a timely and organized manner.

Their responsibilities include assigning tasks, training employees, providing feedback, and implementing company procedures.

We are a small business - every day there is a new challenge without a procedure.

This is a very "figure it out" type of position.

If you rely on processes to know what to do, this is not the role for you.

Eventually, we create systems to make things easier, but you will be the person who creates / refines them.

Experienced in Team Management, Account Management, and Digital Marketing.

Organized, logical, and takes initiative.

Highly interested in SEO and becoming an SEO Specialist

Bilingual English and Spanish (fully fluent)

Naturally Happy And Upbeat Attitude

Excellent Communication Skills

Basic Technical Skills

• WordPress Experience
• Proficient in HTML / CSS

Hours and Compensation :

• Part Time to begin - hours
• Full Time will be available in the future once you are fully trained.
• Hours are 10AM-6PM EST
• Training will be paid and fully provided.
• Quarterly bonuses based on agency growth / performance
