Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to define roles, optimize hiring processes, and deliver speed and quality at scale.
  • Source and engage top talent across North America through multiple channels, leveraging outbound strategies and market insights.
  • Maintain clear documentation throughout the hiring process, including structured feedback, scorecards, and stakeholder-ready updates.
  • Continuously assess and improve our recruitment processes, tools, and playbooks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with People Operations to ensure a seamless handoff from recruitment through onboarding.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in full‑cycle talent acquisition, specifically recruiting Go‑To‑Market roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Technical Support) for North American markets.
  • Direct experience partnering with North American hiring managers, including advising on role scoping, talent availability, and competitive positioning.
  • Proven success sourcing high‑performing talent across the U.S. and Canada using a variety of advanced search techniques and sourcing channels.
  • Skilled in evaluating both technical and soft skills through structured interviews, assessments, and competency‑based frameworks.
  • Experience hiring at scale in fast‑paced environments, with a demonstrated ability to balance speed and quality while driving process improvements.
  • Proactive, strategic mindset with a track record of influencing hiring processes, introducing new tools or workflows, and improving overall recruiting performance.
