A multinational corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across South America. This role involves leading end-to-end recruitment processes in various countries, defining strategies, and enhancing employer branding. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, be fluent in English and Spanish, and possess strong analytical and communication skills. A commitment to inclusivity and diversity is essential for this position.

Formación

  • Minimum 7 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in an end-to-end role.
  • Experience in a global company with an international workforce.
  • Business-fluent in English and Spanish; conversational Portuguese is a plus.

Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at FLSmidth, you will support hiring across South America while working closely with international teams and local recruitment functions. You will help shape our employer brand, benchmark compensation, and contribute to strategic talent initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end recruiting processes for vacancies in Brazil, Chile, and Peru.
  • Define recruiting strategies for each requisition and advise hiring managers.
  • Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and advanced searches.
  • Maintain timely, professional communication with stakeholders.
  • Plan, conduct, and coordinate interviews and interview panels.
  • Provide status updates and interview feedback to candidates.
  • Enhance employer branding and champion FLSmidth’s reputation.
  • Serve as the primary contact for agencies, manage recruitment partner contracts, and maintain job portal relationships.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in an end‑to‑end role.
  • Proven experience recruiting for in‑house and agency environments.
  • Experience in a global company with an international workforce.
  • Business‑fluent in English and Spanish (verbal & written); additional conversational Portuguese is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with a commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the organization.
