A leading global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in Mexico City to manage the entire recruitment cycle. This role requires strong recruitment experience, excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a hybrid work model, requiring office attendance at least twice a week.

Formación

  • 4+ years of recruitment experience in a complex organization.
  • Ability to execute recruitment strategies independently.
  • Experience with Workday is preferred.

About the role

Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to our key stakeholders and have a deep understanding of the talent market, talent acquisition practices, and tools to ensure full visibility to external market trends.

The TA Partner will report into the Lead of Talent Acquisition, LATAM Region and will be responsible for hiring deliverables in the US, Canada and LATAM. The TA Partner will deliver specialized Talent Acquisition support to hiring leaders by ensuring the recruiting strategy and resources are set for success in the local markets. This individual will drive the full talent acquisition life cycle to attract and hire the best people, while working in partnership with HR Leaders and Business leaders to deploy the talent acquisition strategy.

How you will contribute
  • Manage the full Talent Acquisition life cycle for roles including sourcing, talent mapping, interview feedback/consultation, pre-offer, through to offer negotiation.
  • Partner with TA Leaders, HR Partners, and key business leaders to ensure current and future strategic TA needs are achieved.
  • Ensure compliance with all required legal & compliance regulations and reporting related to Takeda's hiring initiatives.
  • Achieve an exceptional candidate experience which results in a distinctive competitive advantage for Takeda.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of delivering positive recruitment experience in a complex organization and an ability to execute complex recruitment strategies independently, advise others, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Strong communication skills (English/Spanish) with business proficiency in English language is essential.
  • Experience in ATS and TA tools.
  • Microsoft Office suite skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail; ability to multitask and handle a large volume of tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting in pharma/biotech/life sciences.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for sourcing/screening.
  • Regional hiring experience (US & Canada).
  • Experience managing Workday is preferred.
