A leading automotive manufacturer based in Mexico City is seeking a qualified candidate with an IT college background and programming experience. The role focuses on automating processes and enhancing operational metrics using tools like SAP, Power BI, and other automation technologies. Responsibilities include payment processing, billing coordination, and maintaining operational dashboards. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, customer focus, and the ability to understand complex processes.
Experience/Education: IT college background desired, programming experience
Knowledge : SAP, ARM, Microsoft Office (Visio and Excel mandatory), Macros, Power BI, Knime, basic accounting knowledge.
Skills : Desktop automation, Ability to understand processes and divide them into tasks, English skills, customer focus, sense of urgency.
Competencies : Effective listening to understand and propose solutions based on customer needs, Deal with ambiguity, Focus to results, integrity and trust.
