A leading technology company in Mexico is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Program Manager. In this role, you will manage the NPI readiness activities of a product portfolio and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure compliance with project schedules and budgets. Candidates should have 7-10 years of relevant experience and a degree in a related field. This hybrid position requires strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on innovation and process improvement.

Supply Chain Program Manager - Hybrid Systems

Description – • In this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating the NPI readiness activities of HP’s Poly portfolio (Voice/Video/Headset) in close collaboration with Supply Chain, Product Engineering, and Category teams to ensure key readiness metrics are achieved.

The role applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues, and leverages it to drive innovation, and technology integration, and resiliency with HP’s manufacturing partners. The role manages project activities, develops schedules, budgets and resource plans, tracks progress against the establishes plans and drives best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Manages and leads a programs involving multiple supply chain stakeholders and project teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for HP’s Poly product portfolio.
  • Oversees the manufacturing logistics of parts for builds and prototypes and works on multiple projects, simultaneously.
  • Develops and directs development of schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, and other support requirements for assigned program.
  • Manages activities of supporting project teams and internal development partners; ensures progress against established plan and makes determinations based on analysis of business information to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet product requirements and development schedule.
  • Manages program to ensure procedural compliance, maintenance, and safety practices are followed.
  • Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborates with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes to product, processes, or business practices to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established product roadmaps and schedules.
  • Follows up on open points/actions that were observed, ensures conveyed as actionable items.
  • Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities in the manufacturing and/or engineering organization.
  • Drives best practices through documentation control policies and procedures.
  • Leads and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.
Education & Experience Recommended
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in engineering development and implementation, project planning tools and software packages, people management, or a related field.
