Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The Accounts Payable Analyst processes PO requests, processes invoices for payment, sets up new suppliers, and provides Perm Merch Ordering support for Division GTM organization for PBNA.

Your Impact

As Supply Chain Enablement Supervisor your responsibilities would consist of:

  • Manage a team of 4 Analysts supporting PBNA Admin Coordinator duties for GTM that initially span Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Reporting/General Support capabilities
  • Partner both internally and externally to ensure team SLA’s/OLA’s are being monitored, met, and exceed expectations.
  • Think strategically about the future of the PBNA Location Support COE model and assist in developing our future road map, helping develop future areas of ownership and specialization as the team grows and evolves.
  • As additional locations/markets/divisions are added to the team’s scope, ensure a seamless service delivery, and agile mindset to help the team evolve it’s structure for future growth and further specialization of team capabilities
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Must be Fluent in English
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred but not required; concentration in Supply Chain, Statistics, Engineering, Economics or Business preferred
  • 5-7 years experience in Supply Chain Management/Operations
  • Previous People Management experience preferred (Project Management or Cross Functional leadership experience also acceptable as a prerequisite)
  • Experience in day-to-day business processes related to DSD and Warehouse Delivered Operations
  • Serve as Primary Escalation Point for all Customer Service related issues as needed
  • Ability to work within strict deadlines, learn new processes quickly, work effectively with a team and adapt to constantly evolving work responsibilities
  • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively
  • Fluent with data, and proven ability to utilize Excel to extract necessary data when needed
  • Exceptional organizational skills to handle the high volume of requests
  • Ability to effectively communicate in a professional and constructive manner internally and with customers
  • Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel)
  • Strong passion for customer service
  • Ability to effectively interact and build a favorable business relationship with internal and external customers
  • Strong team player and committed to teamwork in all situations
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Demonstrated ability to leveraging system and tools
  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
