A leading manufacturing company in Ciudad de México is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily activities of production workers. You will monitor production schedules, implement quality control procedures, and lead a team to meet production goals. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in a production environment, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential. This position is based in our Querétaro plant, offering competitive compensation and career growth.

Formación

What you’ll be doing:

• Keeping yourself and your work team safe.
• Oversee the daily activities of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines and production goals.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
• Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Work closely with other departments such as maintenance, quality control, and logistics to ensure smooth production operations.
• Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, downtime, and any issues that arise.

This position is in our Quéretaro, México RPC Plant

• Prefer bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, or business) is preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and other departments.
• Familiarity with production equipment and processes, as well as knowledge of quality control standards and safety regulations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
