A leading security services provider in Reynosa is seeking a Bilingual Security Supervisor to oversee and train security staff protecting diplomatic premises. Ideal candidates will possess at least two years of supervisory experience, advanced English proficiency, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Employees will enjoy benefits including social security, vacation, and a base salary of $24,800 while working a full-time, permanent schedule with flexible hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BILINGUAL SECURITY SUPERVISOR

As a Bilingual Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for the supervision, training and management of the security elements that provide protection to an international diplomatic headquarters.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum experience of 2 years in handling security personnel.
• Advanced English level (essential).
• Certificate of secondary or upper secondary education as a minimum.
• Live in Reynosa Tamaulipas.
• No immigration problems with the USA.
• Credit bureau score not greater than 18,000 Mexican pesos.
• 3 years of verifiable experience in personnel management.
• Letter of recommendation from immediate previous boss/supervisor.
• 25 to 50 years old.
• Gender: male.
• Current driver's license.
• Flexibility schedule.
• Good looks.
• Attitude of service, leadership, teamwork.
