The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of recruitment experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in English and Spanish. This role offers a hybrid work model requiring in-office presence twice a week, fostering a collaborative work environment focused on delivering better health globally.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of recruitment experience in a complex organization.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Experience in ATS and TA tools.
• Microsoft Office suite skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full Talent Acquisition life cycle for roles.
• Partner with TA Leaders and HR Partners for strategic TA needs.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations.
