A leading mobility technology platform in Mexico City is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Analyst. The role involves managing the complete recruiting cycle, acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, and ensuring a great candidate experience. Ideal candidates have over 3 years of recruiting experience and proficiency with ATS systems. This position promotes a data-driven approach to hiring and is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Formación

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using ATS systems (Lever, Greenhouse, iCIMS, etc).
  • Excited about driving change and evolving the organization.
  • Knowledgeable about talent acquisition techniques (offer negotiation, sourcing, etc).
  • Strong communication and consultative approach.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage the full end-to-end recruiting cycle across multiple teams and countries.
  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing talent intelligence.
  • Own the overall candidate experience through the hiring process.
  • Use data to inform hiring decisions.
  • Work on projects that shape the culture of recruiting.
