A leading manufacturing company in Tamaulipas is seeking a Lean 6 Sigma Black Belt to lead process improvements and manage projects utilizing Six Sigma and Lean methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field, Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365. This role focuses on identifying and controlling projects that drive cost savings and improves operational efficiency. Must be fluent in English and work onsite in Reynosa.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge Six Sigma Black Belt or Project Management.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices.
• Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office 365.
• English Advanced.

Responsabilidades

• Manage scope, timeline, resources, and risk throughout project lifecycle.
• Employ Six Sigma methodology & Lean initiatives for improvement.
• Identify improvement opportunities in Operational efficiency and Manufacturing Engineering.
• Lead and manage OIA Projects to drive cost savings.
• Communicate and present business cases to senior leadership.
