Qualifications

• 5+ years of sourcing experience in a leadership role.
• Education: A bachelor's degree in a related field like supply chain management, logistics, or business is often expected.
• Fully Bilingual
• Project Management: Excellent skills to plan and execute sourcing initiatives.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making
• Knowledge of procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Ability to manage global supply chains and diverse stakeholders
• Risk Management: Strong sense of risk management and problem-solving.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage complex schedules.
