A leading food delivery service is seeking a strategic Account Manager to join its Uber Eats team in Mexico. You will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of high-value restaurant partners, responsible for managing accounts, optimizing operations, and driving revenue growth. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in account management, be bilingual in Spanish and English, and possess strong analytical and negotiation skills. This role requires in-office presence at least half of the time.

Formación

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development.
  • Native/Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Own and manage a book of business consisting of Enterprise partners.
  • Conduct Monthly Business Reviews and present performance data.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell Uber Eats products.
  • Diagnose operational issues and implement solutions.
  • Lead contract renewals and negotiations.
