Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) is looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, technically skilled, innovative, hands‑on, and customer‑obsessed Sr Operations Manager. In this role, you will drive innovation in Amazon's Transportation Operations Manager Team.
Own end-to-end TOM operations for a stand‑alone sites. Lead Operations and Area Managers to deliver safety, quality, cost, and speed at scale. Balance strategy and execution to raise the bar on customer experience through mechanisms, coaching, and continuous improvement.
Location : MEX3 Tepozotlan, Edo Mex. and oversee multiple sites across Mexico, city metro area.
Shifts : Variable; includes nights, weekends, and holidays as business demands.
